My very talented daughter!

My dd is very talented. She designs giant sling shots in the backyard and can balance a spoon on her nose. I wish I could do that!!

My Retreat

I dropped the kids off at Upper Canada Village for their overnight camp experience and then I headed off to camp at the Upper Canada Bird Sanctuary. It was just for one night, but greatly needed and enjoyed. While there I walked some trails, and watched the waves come in at my campsite. I even had a campfire, that I built all by myself. Steve said that I have earned my solo camping badge, my BBQ badge, my campfire badge and my tenting badge. At this rate, I'll run out of room on my sash. I hope the pictures do justice to the joy I experienced while on this trip.

I made this all by myself!

Home sweet Home (for one night)
